We follow strict repair work guidelines.

If your space is pre 1990 we recommend getting an asbestos test done before commencing any repair work. We can help you with this process – it’s simple, inexpensive, and worth the piece of mind.

Our preparation process goes as follows:

• We protect your flooring and cover your furniture, cabinets, and railings.
• The switch plate covers and door hardware is removed, and lights are dropped.
• We then use 150 grit to pole sand the drywall and sponge sand the woodwork.
• Patching is done with a fast setting compound to any nail pops, cracks and minor surface imperfections.
• We then sponge sand the repairs and use a hepa vacuum to collect the dust.
• A damp microfibre rag is used to wipe down the surfaces.
• Caulking is then applied to any cracks or gaps in the crown moldings or woodwork.
